Shipping information 

We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide. 
FREE shipping within Australia is sent via Registered Post. This includes tracking capabilities as a standard feature and should not take longer than 7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays). A signature will be obtained on delivery, unless otherwise specified in the notes section during payment. 

FREE International Shipping is sent via Pack and Track International to eligible countries, this includes tracking as a standard feature and doesn't require signature. Alternatively, via Registered Post International which does not include tracking capabilities as a standard feature, however a signature will be obtained upon delivery.

Please allow up to 21 days for some International Orders.

International Express orders include both tracking and signature on delivery. 

We aim to address and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. 

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number which must be used when enquiring about your order.

There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by WARPAINT. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.

WARPAINT will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.

We have high ethical standards regarding product and business. Customers may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that have been used. Results may vary from person to person, depending on the product, length of use, individual body reaction and whether you follow the instructions. Please note it is a natural product and does not make teeth whiter than natural white.

WARPAINT™ was created in Australia out of a desire to produce a teeth cleaner and whitener that was made from natural and organic products that contribute to the health and wellness of the user. WARPAINT™ is made with no harmful additives. It is all natural, cruelty free and 100% vegan. WARPAINT™ is manufactured in a GMP Compliance and TGA facility, ensuring the highest levels of quality control.

Over time there have been several copies come on to the market with varying ingredients but often in very similar packaging, presumably designed to capitalise on the popularity of WARPAINT™.

There have also, unfortunately, been some unscrupulous “resellers” who have, one way or another, gone against the terms and conditions under which WARPAINT™ holds all its business dealings with its distributors and wholesalers.

Please do not fall prey to imitations or cheap options being marketed as WARPAINT™, we want our customers to always be happy with their decision to use a natural alternative to cleaning and whitening their teeth.

Some red flags to look out for;

  • “Warpaint” sold in smaller size containers – we only produce 30g jars
  • Almost identical packaging
  • Sample pots – we do not produce any size other than 30g jars
  • “Warpaint” being regularly sold at much cheaper prices

Shipping- Terms & Conditions 

Premium shipping is the only suitable method if tracking is required. If consumer chooses to send parcel by standard/ free shipping it is the consumers responsibility to track lost goods. Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. All costs for redelivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if the incorrect details (address/name) were supplied. If product is returned to sender (WARPAINT HQ) consumer will be charged a redelivery fee.

  • Domestic redelivery fee of $11.00 aud
  • International redelivery fee of $16.00 aud
